By accessing or using GameReady ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

GameReady is a wellness tracking platform that enables athletes to log daily wellness metrics and allows coaches to monitor team readiness and optimize training programs.

2. Description of Service

GameReady provides:

  • For Athletes: A platform to submit daily wellness reports, track personal readiness scores, view historical data, and receive personalized feedback
  • For Coaches: Dashboards to view team wellness data, track athlete readiness, manage team schedules, and make data-driven training decisions
  • Team Management: Tools to create teams, invite members, set schedules, and configure team branding

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use GameReady, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Verify your email address
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • Ensuring the accuracy of wellness data you submit
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

4.1 Athletes

Athletes agree to:

  • Submit accurate and honest wellness data
  • Submit daily reports in a timely manner
  • Respect team guidelines and coach instructions
  • Not share account credentials with others

4.2 Coaches

Coaches agree to:

  • Use athlete wellness data responsibly and ethically
  • Respect athlete privacy and confidentiality
  • Not use data for purposes outside of team management and training optimization
  • Obtain appropriate consent when sharing team data with third parties
  • Maintain the security of team join codes

5. Wellness Data and Content

5.1 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of wellness data you submit. GameReady calculates readiness scores based on the data you provide, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of user-submitted data.

5.2 Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your wellness data. By using GameReady, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service.

5.3 Data Sharing Within Teams

When you join a team, your wellness data becomes visible to coaches and administrators of that team. You consent to this sharing by joining a team. You can leave a team at any time, which will remove your association with that team.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent wellness data
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by GameReady and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: GameReady is a wellness tracking tool and is not a medical device or diagnostic tool. The Service is not intended to:

  • Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
  • Replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Provide medical or health-related recommendations

Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by GameReady.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. The Service may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues or server problems
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMEREADY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or use
  • Training decisions made based on wellness data
  • Injury or health issues related to training
  • Service interruptions or data loss

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
