When you create an account, we collect:

As an athlete, you may submit daily readiness reports containing:

  • Muscle soreness/stiffness (1-10 scale)
  • Mood/stress levels (1-10 scale)
  • Motivation to train (1-10 scale)
  • Nutrition quality (1-10 scale)
  • Hydration status (1-10 scale)
  • Optional comments or notes
  • Player status (Available, Injured, Sick, Excused) with optional notes

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use GameReady:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version

  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Date and time of access

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To provide and maintain the GameReady platform
  • Wellness Tracking: To calculate readiness scores and display wellness trends
  • Team Management: To allow coaches to view athlete data and manage team schedules

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 Within Your Team

Coaches can see: All wellness data, readiness scores, player status, and personal labels submitted by athletes on their team(s).

Athletes can see: Their own wellness data and readiness scores. Athletes cannot see other athletes' data unless they are also a coach.

4.2 Service Providers

We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform:

  • Email Service (SendGrid): To send verification emails and daily reminders
  • Hosting Provider (Render): To host our application and database

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or wellness data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

  • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
  • Data is transmitted over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption)
  • Database access is restricted and monitored

  • Wellness Reports: Retained until account deletion or team removal
  • Team Data: Retained until team is deleted by coach or administrator

  • Access: You can view all your wellness data and account information through your dashboard
  • Correction: You can update your profile information and email address in Account Settings
  • Deletion: You can request account deletion, which will permanently remove all your data
  • Data Export: You can request a copy of your data (contact support for assistance)
  • Opt-Out: You can disable daily reminder emails in your account settings
  • Team Removal: You can leave a team at any time, which removes your association with that team
